Sessions may include mindful movement, meditation, restorative sound experiences, and/or breathwork practices. Props can be provided and sessions are tailored to accommodate all ages 8 and up. Whether you're gathering coworkers, celebrating a wedding weekend, or creating intentional time with loved ones, these offerings are tailored to the needs of your group, and designed to cultivate connection, presence, and ease. Private Group Yoga Classes
Bring your loved ones together for a group yoga class in the comfort of your home or vacation rental.
