CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Hatha Vinyasa
60-minute all-levels flow. This dynamic class flows through postural sequences at a steady, intentional pace using the breath as a guiding force. Beginner friendly.


Warm 75
A bump up from the regular hatha vinyasa class, this dynamic all-levels vinyasa flow class is 75 minutes and heated to ~80 degrees F. This class is focused on endurance, strength, and flexibility. Heat allows deeper exploration into the poses and creative sequencing inspires physical, energetic, mental, and inner freedom.
Acu-Medi
Acu-Medi is a collaborative offering in which Dr. Samantha Gump (122 Chiropractic) provides a qi-balancing acupuncture treatment and soothing aromatherapy as Ash guides participants through light breathwork & a meditation, and underscores with a restorative live sound experience. We craft these sessions to rejuvenate the nervous system, attune inner awareness, and restore overall balance.


Hike+Yoga
These outdoor excursions are meant to provide an immersive nature experience and encourage group connection. Ash guides participants along a local scenic trail, sharing trail knowledge and inviting mindful awareness of the wild space. Thoughtful prompts are offered during the peaceful walk as you take in the scenery and experience nature. Ash also leads a sweet yoga practice (BYO mat for this one) at a point along the hike. There is plenty of time for rest, water, and snacks before making the trek back to the trailhead.
