About the event
Explore creative sequences that incorporate elements from Power Yoga, Hatha, and perhaps a touch of Yin for deep stretches. This mix ensures that you'll challenge yourself in new ways, tune into your body's rhythm, and bring focus to the mind. There will be plenty of opportunities to modify and adjust based on your individual needs and experience level. 6 week course.
